Noel Frankel has been an award-winning creative director and group head at New York ad agencies, where he developed campaigns for Fortune 500 clients and startups.
Frankel worked to develop Time Warner’s Full Service Network in Orlando, Florida — the forerunner to digital TV — and DreamShop, the premier online shopping site. A media consultant specializing in television network creation, broadcast and cable marketing, and design, he played a vital role in the development of projects such as the launch and positioning of Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite, VH-1, Comedy Central, and Court TV.
A DGA director, he won a Gold Medal at the New York Film Festival.
For years, Frankel was president of a new division of Ogilvy & Mather set up to create profitable relationships for clients outside the conventional boundaries of the annual advertising campaign.
